The Book That Brought Me Here.

I grew up craving queer representation and still managed to arrive late to queer romance. By the time I found it, I’d already come out, married my wonderful husband, and published books under other pen names that hit the USA Today, Wall Street Journal, and Amazon bestseller lists.

Then I picked up Sarina Bowen’s HIM.

I went in expecting a niche. What I found was a thriving, welcoming world built by writers and readers who refused to treat queer love like a side plot. These stories are definitely not niche! They’re love stories with the volume turned up things I want to see: longing, heat, tenderness, stakes... and queer! Once I read one, I couldn’t get enough.

So that’s the goal: tell as many queer romances as I can to make up for lost time. My subgenres will range as widely as the people falling in love, but the promise will stay the same: Always queer. Always spicy. Always happily ever after.
